Anna + Ryan’s Colorado Wedding at St. Catherine’s Chapel on the Rock and The Covey
Anna and Ryan’s wedding day was a mountain celebration filled with tradition, emotion, and a deep love for the outdoors. Their ceremony took place at St. Catherine’s Chapel on the Rock in Allenspark, Colorado, a breathtaking stone chapel tucked into the foothills of Rocky Mountain National Park, with their reception following at The Covey.
The morning was filled with meaningful first looks — beginning with Anna sharing an emotional moment with her dad, followed by a tearful first look with her bridesmaids, and then a private first look with Ryan as family watched from a distance. Surrounded by terracotta, sage, copper, and forest green tones, the day felt warm and grounded, perfectly complementing the natural setting. One of Anna’s closest friends created the florals, adding an extra layer of intention to the celebration.
After their ceremony, Anna and Ryan leaned fully into what they love most — heading out to fly fish together in their wedding attire before reuniting with guests for the evening celebration. The reception at The Covey was filled with heartfelt toasts from parents, siblings, and close friends, along with thoughtful surprises, including a bouquet dedication honoring Anna’s mom. As the sun dipped behind the mountains, the couple stepped away for golden hour portraits before returning to dance the night away.
