We understand the value of preserving these moments, which is why we securely back up your raw footage for a full year after your wedding, giving you peace of mind that your story is protected. We book a limited number of weddings per year to ensure each couple gets the attention they deserve. Once we get a deposit and a signed contract, your wedding date will be secured.
Couples typically book our services 8 - 15 months before the wedding date once their date and location are confirmed. We work with you or your wedding planner to set up a preferred payment schedule leading up to the wedding. We look forward to learning about you & your upcoming wedding or elopement plans!

We offer a select number of wedding photography packages per year. Photography can be bundled with a wedding film collection on available dates. We would love to discuss if a hybrid photo and video package is the perfect fit for you!

We capture audio throughout your day with lapel mics, on-camera mics, and we record audio from your ceremony/reception music setups if applicable. We utilize audio from your vows, reading love letters you exchange prior to the ceremony, the officiant’s words, toasts, and more. We create an immersive experience with sound effects, music, and these audio sources to create a film that is unique to your love story.

We know you have some favorite songs you love. We use your wedding playlists to get inspired to make our music selections. Our wedding films are edited to music available from our stock library subscriptions to ensure there won’t be copyright issues uploading your film(s). Using mostly instrumental music from our libraries allows the other audio, such as your vows or speeches, to come through clearly and not be distracted by lyrics. We spend ample time aligning our music selections with the music playlists and vibes from your wedding, coupled with our overall time working together and the info you’ll provide in your wedding film couple questionnaire.

We are insured and can provide vendors or venues with proof of insurance or additional insured endorsements when needed.

Everyone loves stunning aerial footage! Drone footage is included in all our packages at no extra cost. We do our best to capture shots around the area or venue, but we like to be transparent about occasional limitations. Things such as the location, weather, if the wedding is behind schedule, or proximity to airports or other no-fly zones can affect our ability to capture footage. Unless limitations are weather-related, we should know how to work around limitations prior to your wedding day.

We try to deliver photos and the first cut of our wedding films in under 4 weeks from your wedding date. This timeframe can go up to 4-8 weeks depending on the number of weddings we are currently filming and editing. Expedited delivery for videos is available for an additional cost. Contact us to customize a package around your wedding plans.

If you’re an adventurous couple who is planning an elopement or wedding in a unique location, permits may be required for photography/videography. If permits are required, this may incur an additional nominal fee based on the individual location requirements.
